Here at Delray Computer we have No Setup Fees. We offer several different Fulfillment Options.

We can help you with Gathering Content, Creating Text, Creating Graphics and Assembling the Brochure.

Sending Proof(s) is done through email and Revisions are available.

Upon approval we will Send the Final Files to you or to a print shop to be printed and shipped to you or bulk emailed to an address list of residents you supply or we look up for use based on street names in any given Zip Code within the USA.

Do you have a Fed Ex/Kinkos near you? If you do, Delray Computer can design files that we can send directly to your local store to print and all you have to do is stop in and pick them up!!

Do you use feature sheets or property brochures? We can make files for you that you can print yourself directly on your home or office computer!!

We offer many varities and sizes, all in full color or black and white, and at an affordable price. All we need is the MLS data or description, and photos you can email to us as attachments, and we take it from there. We can email proofs for you to see prior to printing so you know exactly what you will get.

You can get a 1, 2, 3 page brochure, or even a 10 page or larger brochure, depending upon your needs. We can make a brochure 8.5 x 11, or 11 x 17, or other sizes and can include several property photos, custom background, a plat map, survey, aerial photo(s), additional photo(s), or additional text to make the brochure larger. We can use clip art and backgrounds, and we offer any size format from small postcards up to 11" x 17" or bigger assuming you have a printer big enough to print them, or a printing company that can print them. You can print brochures yourself, or we can order brochures through sources provided by Delray Computer or sources that you provide.

Once you have gathered the brochure information, you can tell us how you want to brochure to appear. Please send as much information for the brochure as you can. You can supply the main body text hand written, types up, or we can type the info. for you from the MLS Customer PRint out you can email us.

All we need to make a custom property brochure is your photo, your contact information, company name, logo (optional) and address, and the property photos you want to use and text you want to use unless emailing MLS data. You may also fax any other info. to us. You can also supply us with any additional graphics/floor plans etc. as well via email.

Once we make the brochure we email you a link to download it and proof the brochure for spelling, layout, etc. Once you approve then we usually order it for you. You will need to setup an account with a print service provider and we can upload/email files to them for printing.

We offer several other types of publications including door-hangers, business cards, flyers, letters, stationary, and much more. Please contact us for more information.

No Set-up Fees

Brochure fee's vary by the number of pages you want and either based on a flat rate or by the hour. There are no set-up fee's. All services are rendered on a first come first serve basis, with a usual turnaround time of 3 days or less (sometimes 24 hours).

Gathering Content

Photos and graphics comprise the majority of the space on a brochure. You can use any given layout or template as a beginning, then each page will have a similar look and feel, and flow smoothly as you make page turns. We can make custom graphics based on layouts you provide, whether they be simple drawings, or complicated art work. We also can provide free of charge clip art, stock photos, and more.

Creating Text

Delray Computer offers professional writing and publishing services for all of your brochure, postcard, advertising, and marketing needs. With experience writing copy for newspaper ads, newsletters, Internet web sites, brochures, postcards, scripts, and television docudramas, we can easily create a well thought out design with accurately edited content.

Creating Graphics

Utilizing various graphic software to create original images, we have the ability to create designs for use in your brochure. We offer vector or bitmap graphic creation as well as animation and high-resolution print design.

Assembling Brochure

Once the materials have been gathered the actual production process takes place. We use only licensed registered software by Adobe, Macromedia, and others. Some of the software titles include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others. The end result is a professional looking design catered to your individual needs.

Estimated times of completion:

Postcards: Postcards usually take 2 hours for the first card and about 1 hour per card thereafter. The first card takes longer due to the fact that a layout with your specific information does not exist yet.

Brochures: Brochures usually take 1 - 4 hours depending on number of photos, whether you supply text in electronic format, write it on paper and fax it to me to type up, or whether you ask for original text to be written and typed up. We have a complete graphics library with photos and clip art and can offer you choices including layout, color scheme, and what type text (font) to use, custom logos, custom graphics, scanning, technical drawing, or utilizing graphics you send to me, etc.

Web Sites: Web Sites vary based on the content of the web page. However, in order to save money you can provide us with text in electronic format such as in an email or document.

Sending Proof(s)

The production process includes proofs, usually PDF files that can be downloaded or emailed to you. Proofs can be delivered to you in any of the following methods:

1. Sent in the form of email attachments, using the pdf file format so you can open in Adobe Acrobat, a free download from Adobe.

2. Proofs that you can downloadby checking the email we send you containing a web link you click on to download proof to your computer (keeping you from getting large mails with attachments that may fill up your email account)

3. Proofs via Fax (black and white)

4. Proofs via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or US Mail.

Fax, Uploaded and Emailed proofs are free to send to you; the rest may incur an additional shipping fee. Call us for more information at 352-693-2264.

Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions until you are happy and fully satisfied with the final product. The first two (2) revisions are FREE. After the first two revisions, each revision is $15.00/each.

Sending Final Files

Here at Delray Computer we have two choices to receive final output files from us:

* Email (preferred method; free)
* CD via US Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other carrier (additional fee's may apply)

We have several Brochure Samples available for you to see. You can get a brochure just like these samples customized exactly to your needs.

Custom designs are to your exact specifications and can be entirely original or incorporate clip art, icons, and other vector and bitmap images.
