Web Site 1/2, 1/2 Payment Plan

1/2 is due upfront as a deposit
1/2 is due once the site is complete

For all other flat rate services payment is due in advance.

Once I make a payment for hourly services what happens?

We will email or call you to confirm we received your payment and let you know we are ready to begin work. We will also provide you with a payment invoice if you request one. If you are getting graphic or web design services we will request graphics, logos, contact information, and other pertinent materials to begin the design work. If you are utilizing our hourly services we keep track of the work we do by the hour, and we bill in 15 minute increments so you will not be over billed. Once we reach the point that your deposit is gone, we will contact you if necessary to get another payment and continue along.

Once I make a payment for flat rate services what happens?

We will email or call you to confirm we received your payment and let you know we are ready to begin work. We will also provide you with a payment invoice if you request one. If you are getting graphic or web design services we will request graphics, logos, contact information, and other pertinent materials to begin the design work. If you are paying a flat rate, we will begin design work right away and give you a proof to see before moving along to the final product. If you get a service at a flat rate and we are charging in increments, the second payment is due when the web site template is complete, and the third payment is due once the site is half way complete.

How Long Does it Take to Get a First Proof?

We offer some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. Usually we can have results to you in as little as 24-48 Hours!!

Do you offer technical support?

Yes, we offer a FREE follow up telephone or email technical support to our existing computer repair clients. We also offer PAID telephone technical support to new clients with a 15 minute minimum per session. We can help you with many different types of computer issues right over the phone.

Delray Computer provides free quotations on price and availability upon request. Our Quote Department is staffed 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We offer quotes in US dollars only.

We accept checks, money orders, cash, credit cards and PayPal.

Payment Methods:

Flat Fees:

For project work including Web Site design and other services available on a flat-fee basis we offer convenient payment terms in three billing periods each for 1/3 of the total due. The first payment is due prior to starting. The second payment is due when the template/design is complete. And the third payment is due when the rest of the design is complete, prior to receiving final output files.

Hourly Fees:

For work done by the hour we collect half of the estimated cost up front and the rest is due when the project is complete.

We bill in 5 minute increments for all hourly work.
