You have to choose a printing company , and depending on what company you choose, you will have to pay them to actually print the cards. We are not affiliated with ANY printing companies and only offer postcard design services. |

If you have a local print shop near you, Delray Computer can design files that we can send directly to your local store to print and all you have to do is stop in and pick them up!! Otherwise we can use the company of your choice for printing. We can work with just about any company out there, just ask! You may also choose to print the cards your self, you get two postcards for every 8.5" x 11" piece of paper you use, or 4 if you choose the small 4.25" x 5.5" postcards, front and back. See below under "Fulfillment Options" Item 3 for more info. on our completely automated postcard distribution system. Why Send Real Estate Postcards? Seasonal, Farming, Just Listed and Just Sold Postcards... all are an important tool in prospecting potential buyers or sellers. An effective postcard sent to the right neighborhood can bring you immediate results. We have made many different types of cards including just listed cards, just sold cards, looking for a buyer/seller postcards, and even monthly postcards just as reminders that you are there! POSTCARDS WORK. You WILL get results if you farm neighborhoods with postcards and/or newsletters. Delray Computer makes both. We do work for Realtors® and are a one-stop shop for design and delivery of postcards, door hangers, calendars, business cards and other mailings. You send us the information, pictures, logos, etc. that you want on the card. We make the card and email or fax you a proof, usually within 24-48 hours. We revise card to your exact specifications, and upon final approval you will need to choose one of the following three Fulfillment Options below: Fulfillment Options 1. We send you via email the final output files for printing and you can order or print postcards yourself. We can provide you any of the following output formats: pdf, tif, jpg, png, prn, pm7, indd, svg, xml, eps, psd, psb, pcx, pdp, raw, pct, pict, pxr, sct, tga, and many others. 2. We can order postcards for you. Once they arrive you would need to add labels and stamps. The postcards will usually be delivered next day, free to any business address in the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. 3. We can order postcards for you and have them delivered automatically. For postcards delivered addressed we can order postcards for you and they will be delivered to addresses from a list you provide or from a list of streets based on a zip code. We accept numerous address files including Excel, Word, Palm Desktop, Outlook, Outlook Express, xls, dba, mdb, dbf, txt, doc, rtf, db, asc, xml, xlt, txt, csv, wk1, wk3, wk4, dbf, prn, dif, slk, htm, html and many others. Regardless of the method you choose, you will get an exact replication of the proof we sent you put to a postcard. Postcards are also available Laminated at no additional cost, which means the postcard has a plastic layer on the front and the back that gives it a shiny/glossy appearance and looks dynamite!! Non-laminated cards can be ran through a postage meter, printer, etc. Using methods #1 & #2 you will receive a confirmation card free. Using method #3 you will need to pay $1.00 extra for a confirmation card. We can also take floorplans and make them into files for use in postcards, brochures, and for use on web pages. Ask us about samples of floorplans we converted into digital files for print and for web advertising. Professional Digital Photography is available as well. No Set-up Fee Delray Computer has no setup fees. Whether we charge a flat rate or by the hour, our fee includes design and a initial proof via email or fax. Revisions and ordering postcards for you incur an hourly fee. To avoid additional fees you can upload the files for printing yourself. This fee is for our design services and does not include printing. All services are rendered on a first come first serve basis, with a usual turnaround time of 3 days or less (sometimes 24 hours). Gathering Content Photos and text comprise the majority of the space on a postcard. You can use any given layout or template you choose, or have us design a design for you. We can make custom graphics based on layouts you provide, whether they be simple drawings, or complicated art work. We also can provide free of charge clip art, stock photos, and more. Creating Text Delray Computer offers professional writing and publishing services for all of your postcard needs. With experience writing copy for newspaper ads, newsletters, Internet web sites, postcards, brochures, scripts, and television docudramas, we can easily create a well thought out design with accurately edited content. Original writing samples include: Web site copy Print advertisement copy Newsletters 55-page docudrama Script for infomercial Training materials used to teach Excel, PPT, Access, and Photoshop Creating Graphics Utilizing various graphic software to create original images, we have the ability to create designs for use in your postcard. We offer vector or bitmap graphic creation as well as high-resolution print design. Some of the designs we offer include: High-resolution Custom Graphics High-resolution Custom Logos Photo Touchup/Restoration Scanning and Film Scanning Assembling postcard Once the materials have been gathered the actual production process takes place. We use only licensed registered software by Adobe, Macromedia, and others. Some of the software titles include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others. The end result is a professional looking design catered to your individual needs. Here at Delray Computer we have two choices to receive final output files from us: Email (preferred method) CD via US Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other carrier. Shipping rates are not included and for USPS postcards as of 7-2007 are... ~ 26 cents for 6.1 x 4.75 ~ 41 cents for 8˝ x 5˝ POSTCARD |
