 FEATURED SERVICE: Low Cost Real Estate Web Sites, with hosting for as little as $9.99/mo. We offer Just Listed, Just Sold, Farming, and other types of Real Estate Postcards, including Custom Graphic Design. We also make custom Real Estate Brochures, which can be 8.5 x 11 inches, 2 or more pages front and back, or 1 or more pages front only; or we offer 11 x 17 bifold brochures which are four pages and open like a menu. We make Virtual Tours for only $79 if you email us the photos [all you need to take photos yourself is a digital camera and a tripod], or Digital Photography is available at $75/hour. We are able to link your virtual tour to your Realtor.com web site, and many others as you will get a unique URL for each virtual tour. You can send postcards, brochures, calendars, business cards and other mailings, and the costs are cheaper because you can get bulk rates on postal rates. You send us the information, pictures, logos, etc. that you want on the card, we make the card and email or fax you a proof, usually within 24-48 hours. We revise card to your exact specifications, and upon final approval you will need to choose from one of our three fulfillment options. 1. We send you via email the final output files for printing and you can order or print postcards yourself. 2. We can order postcards for you. Once they arrive you would need to add labels and stamps. The postcards can usually be delivered next day, free to any business address in the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. 3. We can order postcards for you and have them delivered automatically. They can be delivered to addresses from a list you provide or from a list of streets based on a zip code. We accept numerous address files including Excel, Word, Palm Desktop, Outlook, Outlook Express, raw files, and many others. |
