Dynamic HTML, or DHTML, is a collection of technologies used together to create interactive and animated web sites by using a combination of a static markup language including HTML. It can be used as a client-side scripting language and includes the use of JavaScript sometimes. It also can utilize CSS (cascading style sheets) and can be used with the Document Object Model as a basis.

Our programming fee is $55/hour and can be negotiated depending on the type of work you are requesting.

Payment Methods:

Flat Fees:

For project work including Web Site design and other services available on a flat-fee basis we offer convenient payment terms in three billing periods each for 1/3 of the total due. The first payment is due prior to starting. The second payment is due when the template is complete. And the third payment is due when the rest of the site is complete, prior to the site going live.

Hourly Fees:

For work done by the hour we collect half of the estimated cost up front and the rest is due when the project is complete.

We bill in 15 minute increments for all hourly work.
